REFUND POLICY
“Production time: 2-5 days
Shipping time (US route): 7-15 days
* Orders will be replaced or refunded at the seller’s request:
– Order was lost
For US line: After 25 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) from the date the order is approved
(payment completed) but the order has not yet reached the customer, it will be considered lost.
– The order has the wrong design, wrong size, and completely wrong color. This case requires proof from the end customer.
*Orders are non-refundable:
– Orders with wrong address (KH.emb has a step to check the address and warn orders

– Shipping orders are delivered to the address provided but there is no recipient.
– Delivered orders but the customer reports not receiving the goods.
